To take some of my crowns out of the country

Bought a copy of Candide in French, for 5 kčs, at a new old bookshop I found. Also bought James Boswell’s A Tour to the Hebrides with Dr Johnson and an edition of three of Synge’s plays — which I discussed with Charles only yesterday. I am thinking of buying a guitar in order to take some of my crowns out of the country1.
